What I Eat in a Day 3

This is a pretty typical day for me rn! It is a weekend day so I’m more lenient than usual in the sense of buying food out, but still pretty standard in terms of what I’m eating. All the links to packaged items HERE. Also, I have no idea how many calories this is. I will do a post on weight loss/what worked for me.

5:45am

Not pictured - I had 1 cup of cold brew coffee (black, no sugar). I also drank 3 liters of water throughout the day and I always add Ultima to my water bc I don’t particularly like the taste of water.

I usually don’t eat before I go to Pilates, but I woke up at 5am and couldn’t go back to sleep and absolutely could not last until my 10:30 class, so I had two raspberry bites from Daily Harvest.

10:45 am

I got a spinach feta wrap from Starbucks after Pilates. I then came home and had half a Pressed beet juice, Vitality shot, Chlorophyll shot, and a Greens 1 juice then walked my dogs for an hour.

1:30pm

I did my banded leg workout since I didn’t feel like doing it yesterday and then had half of a Lenny and Larry’s protein cookie. Next I went to the pool to read/relax then did an hour in the infrared sauna.

5:00pm

I ordered sushi - a California roll and a veggie tempura roll. I wasn’t as hungry as I thought so I only ate half.

7:00pm

I had two Goodpop ice cream bars for dessert!
