What I Eat in a Day 4

My rule is that I don’t have any restrictions when I go to dinner out, or while vacation. I generally go to dinner with friends one to three times per week. The rest of the week I’m moderately strict, but weight lifting has definitely ramped up my metabolism where I can eat a lot and maintain my weight.

11:30am

I always buy pasture-raised hard boiled eggs because I hate taking the shell off myself. It’s like nails on a chalkboard to me - GROSS I won’t do it. I add 1/4 cup pasture-raised cheese, 1/4 avocado, a slice of tomato, salt/pepper on an Ezekiel English muffin (they’re in the freezer section). I got my greens on sale at 80% off so the whole box of 30 servings was like $16 - it seems like they have sales frequently. I also had a green juice and my liquid multivitamin.

3:00 P.M.

Since I was going to dinner at 6:30 I didn’t want to eat too much - I had two Daily Harvest bites; one raspberry and one apple. I was still hungry so I had a bag of SkinnyPop. I did my banded leg workout and walked my dogs after this.

5:00 P.M.

I’m trying to add more protein so I had one of these plant-based Orgain protein shakes. They are delish.

6:30 P.M.

Went to dinner with my friends for one of my friend’s birthday’s. Had one glass of champs, a Halumi cheese stick, 1/2 a caviar slider, a few bites Caesar salad, one oyster, 3 pieces of pita with a bunch of dips on them. Then I had my entire HUGE piece of birthday cake bc I am a fucking psycho about dessert.

9:00 P.M.

Multimineral and went to bed!
