YOU WILL NEED:
1 container kite hill dairy-free ricotta
1 cup cashew milk
1/4 cup ghee or olive oil
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Spaghetti squash
WHAT TO DO:
Preheat oven to 400. Cut spaghetti squash in half, remove seeds, and roast for 30 minutes with the rind up.
Blend all sauce ingredients. This makes 6 portions at 190 calories each.
