There’s only one thing that’s worse than going through a breakup, and that’s getting fat after you break up. I would literally rather die. So to save myself, and my waist line, from going off the deep end, I’ve been making a conscious effort to stay full. That means more proteins and fats, and less sugar.
While I love avocado toast so much that I could write into my will, it lacks a fullness factor without a protein source. Well not no mo’! A little nutritional yeast and you’ve got a tasty, protein power-house that keeps me full for at least 3 hours (which is a lot for me, which I know is ridiculous). It also takes 2 minutes to make so…..killing it.
YOU WILL NEED:
Two pieces gluten-free bread (my favorite at the moment is Udi’s)
1/6 avocado
1 cup spinach
4 slices cucmber
4 slices tomato
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup sprouts
Cracked black pepper, to taste
WHAT TO DO:
I mean it’s pretty self-explanatory
NUTRITIONAL STATS:
PRO TIP: if (and if not I strongly recommend) you drink tumeric and ginger shots, take it with this meal. Tumeric needs black pepper to be optimally absorbed.
