Dairy-Free Fudge

Name one person who doesn’t need unicorn dairy-free 5 minute fudge…..go on, I’ll wait. These took me literally five minutes to prep, pop them in the freezer, and you have the cutest little grab and go fudgey, decadent desserts. Tip: like regular fudge they melt, so only take them out when you’re ready to eat them. ALSO, if you use minimal sweetener they are keto for those of you who are into that sort of thing.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 2/3 cup cacao powder

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp - 1/3 cup agave depending on how sweet you want them. I used 2 tbsp.

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of Himalayan salt - optional

  • Rubber molds - mine here.

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Melt coconut oil over low heat.

  2. Add peanut butter and stir until it’s a liquid.

  3. Transfer to a bowl, add all other ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Pour into rubber molds and put in freezer for at least 4 hours. Keep in freezer to store.
