Tahini Dressing

I could literally bathe in this dressing it’s so good. If you like ranch dressing you’ll like this. Creamy, salty, rich. UGH so good. Kind of sounds like I’m describing my dream man but enough about me.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 inch fresh ginger

  • 1-2 cloves garlic or 1 tbsp pre-chopped garlic

  • 4 tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Blender or food processor

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Chop skin off ginger

  2. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend!
