Morning Vit-amins and Routine

Side note: I haven’t been able to stop saying vit-amin instead of vitamin since the first time I heard it in 2012.

Anywho, my morning and evening routine have been dialed in lately. Idk that I consider myself a bio hacker, but I do love anything with a red light so draw whatever conclusions you’d like.

I have been starting my day - FIRST thing - with watermelon Kion Aminos. They wake me up and help rebuild and maintain protein. I first heard about them on The Skinny Confidential podcast years ago, and extra points for them being based out of Boulder! I think I’ll get to a point where I don’t need coffee after taking these, but mentally that’s overwhelming so I still have one cup after. I do this while wearing my TheraFace because: habit stacking.

I don’t usually eat breakfast until late morning/early afternoon despite waking up at the ass crack of dawn, so I take all other supplements after eating.

I start with a ginger and turmeric shot from Pressed Juicery. They have nationwide delivery if you don’t live near one, and they also have local delivery. I then take Dose Daily Liver, Cholesterol, and Skin. I’ve been taking them twice per day (skin once per day) for about two months. My blood levels are almost back to normal after being totally fucked from stress so I’ll likely go down to once a day on these pretty soon.

Next up is liquid vitamin, iron, and fish oil. I’ve been loving the brand Pure Encapsulations lately, but have also used New Chapter in the past with good results. Lastly I drink my daily green juice, also from Pressed!

I use my TheraFace Pro before I do my makeup to help with any lymphatic build up, and then again at night.
