I honestly had no idea where I was going with this when I started making it but it came out FANTASTIC.
YOU WILL NEED
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp sacha inchi powder
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tbsp cup shredded coconut
- 1 passionfruit
- 1 tbsp cashew milk
- Juice of 1 lemon
HOW?
Blend banana, mango, sacha inchi powder, coconut oil with 1 tbsp cashew milk. Add granola, coconut, and passion fruit as toppings. Squeeze lemon and mix in.
The coconut oil adds some fat and sacha inchi is a complete protein making this smoothie bowl into a filling, balanced meal.
