Whoever said "idle hands are the devil's workshop" smacked the shit out of the nail's head. Whenever I'm bored I get into trouble (take that with a grain of salt because my definition of trouble is relatively low-key). Recently, however, it occurred to me that I can DO something about this, so I made a list of all the things I could potentially do around the house and also subsequently avoid calling a cleaning lady. Win, win!


  • Go through my closet and get rid of the clothes I haven't worn in a few m̶o̶n̶t̶h̶s̶ years.
  • Organize my bathroom cabinet.
  • Clean the outside of my windows.

So now whenever I'm bored, instead of getting into trouble I pick something on this list. My most recent choice was:  S'cutify my superfood storage and the creation of this post.



Not only do I love having easy access to all my superfood goodies, as opposed to seeing them stuffed in the fridge, but it's also great to eliminate the plastic packaging they are typically stored in. Possible contenders:

  • Maca
  • Sacha Inchi
  • Cinnamon Sticks
  • Maqui
  • Oats
  • Almonds
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Cacao
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Quinoa
  • All of the above

The last step is to cut off the nutrition labels and add them to your mason jars (if you're into that sort of thing).
