Apple Crumble
If all the desserts were friends this would be the basic bitch of the group. She's cinnamon, spice, and a basic bitch but she tastes good so you put up with her. Kind of like me.
There are two ways to make this first-day-of-Fall in a bowl. The first is totally raw, the second adds a step of sauteing the apples, but both require the same ingredients.
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1/4 cup RAWNOLA
- 1 frozen banana
- Dash of cashew milk
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder or use Vanilla Stevia if you don't have it
- `1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tbsp agave
HOW?
- Make your banana nice cream using your banana, vanilla powder, and dash of cashew milk.
- Chop your apple into small pieces. Mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut oil, agave. If eating raw, coat your apple in mixture and pour over banana nice cream.
- If sauteing, do the same thing but add to a stove-top pan and fry on high for 3-4 minutes.
- Add rawnola
Enjoy your healthy dessert.
