What I Eat In A Day 2

Although this isn't a particularly groundbreaking idea I'm going to track these posts chronologically, so here is post 2.

BREAKFAST

I was feeling ambitious this morning and decided to make something new so I created this tropical mango lemon coconut smoothie bowl. Check out the full post here.

I usually will have water with greens powder mixed into it before breakfast but I left it at work and had to drink NORMAL water. Terrible!

SNACK 1

After breakfast I went to Pilates and brunch with my friend. I was still pretty full from breakfast so I got a coffee.

SNACK 2

Handful of edamame

LUNCH

I had one salad left from my prep the week before. This consisted of greens (half spinach/half baby greens), squash, carrots, beets, red cabbage, crispy tofu and tahini for dressing.

DINNER

I opted for another smoothie bowl since my breakfast one was so gooooooood. This got its color from Maqui powder and was DOPE.

At around 11:30 a super loud drilling noise from outside woke me up. 11:30 on a SUNDAY. I walked out to my balcony to find DPW re-paving the street. WHO DOES THAT? So I was up half the night since apparently that's the best time to cause as much noise as possible. Then I got hungry and snacked on 3 medjool dates before shoving my pillow over my head trying to drown out the party outside.
