Infused Sparkling Water

I don't like water. I drink it because I know I HAVE to, but it's a chore. I used to add those little Crystal Light packets to my water to liven them up until I got real with the facts about artificial sweeteners (you can check out my post here). I then switched to seltzer water - club soda, sparkling water, Pellegrino, whatever you want to call it. 

Better, but still a little bland. Until I added some fresh fruit and herbs and turned it into infused sparkling water. Enter heart-eye emoji here.

Not only are these SO refreshing, but they also give you a little vitamin and nutrient bump. You can really add anything you want as long as you let it infuse for 24 hours before drinking. My favorite is definitely strawberry and lemon.

Other flavors I've tried:

  • Pineapple and orange
  • Blackberry and sage
  • Raspberry and lime
  • Watermelon
  • Mint

If you try one of them I recommend a citrus flavor as they tend to retain more flavor than the others.
